Cuba: Farm project “El Shaddai”
United7 farm project in Cuba opens the hearts of many people to the gospel of Jesus Christ! (We stil need € 30.000)
Together with Pastor Juan Cardozo and his local church, we have a farm project in Ciego da Vila. That is approximately in the middle of this tropical island.
This project has paid off from the start. For example, during the corona time, when there was food scarcity, we were able to help many people with fresh products from the farm. We explained them the gospel and many gave their lives to Jesus!! Many people who recovered from corona also received quail eggs that help you restore your natural immune system.

The targets of this project:
- Employment for unemployed Church members
- Provide food for the elderly who do not have enough to provide for themselves.
- Provide fresh food for poor and sick people.
- From this farm the gospel is proclaimed to the visitors but also in the surroundings of the farm. We have already baptised many people on the farm and the church is growing!
We stil need € 30.000,00 for this project.
We bought a car to support the food project but also to support pastor Juan’s ministry. If you want to buy food for the animals on the farm at a good price, you need to be able to get there quickly, so you need a car. We were able to buy a Volvo 940 GLE with the help of a loan from a brother in the Netherlands. Pst. Juan pastored 50 churches scattered in and around the city of Ciego de Avila in Cuba. Because of the availability of this car, church growth has arisen to 80 churches.

We bought a car to support the food project but also to support pastor Juan’s ministry in preaching the gospel and saving souls! If you want to buy food for the animals on the farm at a good price, you need to be able to get there quickly, so they need a car. We were able to buy a Volvo 940 GLE with the help of a loan from a brother in the Netherlands. This car is and already has been a great blessing. We can reach the people in need more easily with the love of Christ and fresh food. Pastor Juan’s churches have grown from 50 to over 80 churches!!
Buying a car in Cuba is not easy. There are no showrooms where you can walk in and pick whatever you want. In addition, cars that are available are also terribly expensive and unaffordable for the ordinary Cuban. Help from abroad is therefore necessary. Cars in Cuba are so expensive because of the high import tax. We were able to buy the Volvo 940 GLE for € 60.000,00 by taking out a loan from a brother. This loan should have been paid off by 1 May 2022. Due to circumstances such as covid, we have not succeeded. Thanks to donations from companies and individuals, we have now been able to pay off € 30,000. We’re halfway there. Please help us to raise this amount. We can’t do this alone but with you and with God’s help we can raise this amount and we can help those in need and preach the gospel to them. St. United7 has ANBI status, so your donation is tax deductible. We greatly appreciated all your help! Living for Christ in Cuba involves great sacrifice. Pastor Juan lives his life for Christ and this car is a great blessing in helping people and saving souls for Christ! Together we can do it!! God bless you!!
